Jory has been serving customers in the automotive industry since 2015 and joined the Big G team in 2017. With years of experience as a Service Advisor, he enjoys helping customers choose the right tires and services based on their driving needs, budget, and performance goals. When he’s not at the shop, you’ll likely find Jory at the local dirt racetrack, where he works on race cars, serves on the safety crew, and helps race teams as a pit crew member.
Zach brings more than 20 years of experience in automotive sales, service, and parts to the Big G team. He enjoys helping customers understand their vehicle’s needs and providing honest recommendations they can trust. Outside of work, Zach loves spending time outdoors, teaching firearm safety to new shooting sports enthusiasts, cheering on WVU football and baseball, and supporting the Pittsburgh Steelers and WV Black Bears.
Robert Yucius has built his career in the automotive industry through dedication, hard work, and a passion for helping customers. He began his automotive journey in 2006 answering phones at the service desk and quickly grew his role by taking on additional responsibilities as a Dispatcher, Warranty Clerk, and Rental Manager. His commitment to learning every aspect of the business led him to become a Service Advisor, a role he has proudly held throughout his career.
Robert joined the Big G Tire & Auto team in 2011 as a Service Advisor, where he developed strong relationships with customers and became known for his commitment to providing honest guidance and exceptional service. In 2022, he was promoted to Manager, where he continues to lead the team with the same customer-first approach that has defined his career.
Robert takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel confident trusting Big G Tire & Auto with their vehicles. His years of experience, dedication to service, and deep understanding of the automotive industry make him a valuable leader and trusted resource for the Big G Tire & Auto community.
TJ Preffer has been passionate about the automotive industry since he was 15 years old, building a career rooted in hands-on experience and exceptional customer service. He began at Pep Boys as a Parts Sales Associate before advancing to Service Advisor and eventually Service Manager during his nine-year tenure. He later continued his leadership career as a Service Manager with Firestone before joining the Left Lane Auto family at Big G Tire & Auto in Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
TJ’s favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships with customers and creating an environment where people feel confident and comfortable bringing their vehicles for service. He believes trust is earned through honesty, quality workmanship, and always putting the customer first. His goal is to make Big G Tire & Auto the dependable shop customers know they can count on whenever they need automotive care.
Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, and taking advantage of just about any opportunity to be outside with family and friends.
